Buenavista Golf 

Seve’s iconic links course in Canary Islands 

Buenavista Golf club del Norte is located in the extreme northeast of Tenerife, next to the Teno Mountain range (natural area protected within the category of rural park). The area is well known for its mild climate all year round. Buenavista Golf club has 18 holes, a par of 72 and a total length of 6,150 metres. The Clubhouse is situated on raised ground at the centre of the course with panoramic views from the terraces and cafeteria of all of the holes. The Buenavista Golf course is made up of 6 holes each of pars 3, 4 and 5. Of the outward 9 holes, the most demanding are the par-4’s while the second part of the course requires more precision on the par-3’s, above all on the 15th and the 17th, as they are situated on the edge of a cliff!

The Abama golf course was designed by Dave Thomas and is quite spectacular. It can be enjoyed all year round, thanks to an average annual temperature of 22º C. The course is adorned with lakes, waterfalls, 25,000 trees and the Atlantic Ocean as a backdrop. The golf resort has practice facilities, 3 par three holes, putting and chipping greens and buggies with GPS.

The Las Américas golf course is situated in one of the best parts of the tourist resort of Playa de Las Américas and Los Cristianos, next to the most beautiful beaches on Tenerife. The 18-hole course has the added attraction of being situated in a gentle natural amphitheatre with views of Playa de Las Américas and the sea. The course, with its par of 72, is sheltered from the wind to one side by the hills, while the other side offers spectacular views out over the sea. It is a course with very gentle slopes, several water hazards, and fairways which are quite wide. Around the course you will find the most typical trees and flowers of the island: several kinds of palm trees and dragon trees. It is not an excessively difficult course and it has excellent views and an unbeatable climate. 

Golf del Sur

Golf under the Tenerife sun! 

Golf del Sur course is located in one of the most exotic landscapes in the southern part of Tenerife. Golf del Sur has many bunkers filled with the black volcanic sand that is typical of the Islands. There are two courses: North and Links. The greens are wide and the fairways have quite a lot of bunkers and slopes. The North and South courses are more difficult and complicated, on flat terrain, with wide American style fairways and big sand bunkers and the Links round is easier but all three of the courses offer a varied and fun game. The shot to green has to be very precise if you want to reach the pin.
